We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As a Sales Territory Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by building strong relationships with channel partners and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the territory through liaison with channel partners and sales teams.
- Interact with sales staff of channel partners to motivate them to sell company products.
- Manage customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved.
- Manage and develop a team of reportees.
- Drive adherence to SOPs and ensure compliance.
- Prospect new channel partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Behavioral skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
