Key Account Territory Manager

Pearson, a global learning company, seeks an experienced sales professional to join its team as a Senior Territory Manager.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to represent Pearson's Higher Education business in a key territory, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of allocated geography and institutes, building strong relationships with faculty members and trade partners
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on Pearson's products and services, including print, digital, and assessment offerings
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with library teams for smooth order processing and ensure timely delivery of stock
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in Higher Education or EdTech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the education sector and its trends
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
