Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can effectively manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets in the territory. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying key customers, creating value matrices, and strategizing sales funnels for the product.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To collate the business database for the territory and conduct all ground work activities for setting up the sales function.
  • To execute collection of monthly MOP of Paint Majors from key Dealers.
  • To conduct shortlisting of prospective Tinting Machines outlets in the territory and Franchise Stores subsequently.
  • To conduct credit risk assessment of every dealer and gather benchmark data about length of credit given by Paint Majors.
  • To build a strong team of DDEs and understand and present monthly trade schemes of Paint Majors.
  • To lead achievement of Numeric and Weighted Reach Target of the territory together with development of key dealers.
  • To action out the booking, installation, and successful nurturing of Tinting Machines across outlets in the territory.
  • To analyse and understand all the trade schemes and on-ground promotions.
  • To manage and engage all dealers within the territory, conduct credit risk assessment, manage receivables, and carry out broad inventory management.
  • To execute cross-function interaction with commercial, CFA, and other stakeholders to ensure defined service level for his dealers.

About the Job

The estimated salary for this position is ₹30,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
