Role Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market presence in defined hospitals and key accounts for Abbott's base business.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Focus

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for BGM products.
  • Conduct sales projections and target setting for major distributors under coverage.
  • Manage inventory levels at distribution centers and drive commercial campaigns to enhance business at retail and distributor levels.

Business Planning & Distribution Management

  • Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Distribution Managers to submit monthly LBEs.
  • Identify potential towns and recommend distributors aligned with Abbott's business strategy.
  • Formulate and execute secondary sales plans across territories, brands, and SKUs.
  • Ensure key account coverage and proper servicing of ADC meters to maintain and protect hospitals.
  • Develop and implement trade and consumer promotion plans.
  • Track competition and provide insights to Regional Account Managers.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily activity reports in ETMS and provide territory performance reports.
  • Accurately report and analyze DOH data, as well as other relevant market data.
  • Adhere to Abbott's code of conduct, SOPs, and OEC guidelines, ensuring compliance with financial, administrative, and regulatory systems.
