Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our motorcycle business in the specified territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our network, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance and achieve budgeted volumes and revenues as per our strategic business plan.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our touchpoints, enhance market share, and improve profitability.
- Manage dealerships in the assigned territory, review sales processes, and ensure adherence to corporate identity process norms.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by tracking in-moment scores, Google ratings, and addressing complaints efficiently.
- Ensure dealer financials are healthy, working capital is available, and dealerships are profitable.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RE norms.
- Improve dealer satisfaction surveys, increase retail finance penetration, and ensure quality trained sales manpower.
- Attend to customer complaints, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical) and MBA.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
