HORECA Territory Manager

As part of our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) vertical, you will play a crucial role in managing business profitability for assigned territories.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales, category, procurement, and distribution for assigned territories
- Owning territory PnL, including volumes, revenue, and profitability
- Developing expansion and scale-up strategies for the HORECA channel
- New account acquisition and competition benchmarking
- Monitoring and improving Salesforce efficiency and customer metrics
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in category sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce businesses
- A proven track record in HORECA/MT sales, business development, and territory management
- Experience handling multiple teams and priorities
This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
