Senior Frozen Food Sales Representative

Baramati Agro Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Senior Frozen Food Sales Representative to join our team. Based in Pune, this role will focus on expanding and maintaining sales in both general trade (retail) and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) channels.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven individual with a strong understanding of the frozen chicken product line. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the general trade and HORECA segments.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HORECA and retail channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the assigned territory and create plans to penetrate key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Provide product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to clients as needed.
- Track sales performance, forecast sales trends, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the food or FMCG industry, ideally with frozen products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
