We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to work closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting our range of organic food products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing organic food products, providing knowledgeable advice and information about our products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.

Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in restocking products are also key responsibilities of this role.

The Retail Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
