Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong understanding of the lab chemicals industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in science or business.
- Chemistry background with MBA in Marketing.
