Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the lab chemicals industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in science or business.
  • Chemistry background with MBA in Marketing.
