Leading HORECA Sales Manager for Agri-Platform

Salary Range
We offer an attractive salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The Modern Trade (HORECA) vertical at Ninjacart focuses on farm-to-HORECA business, procuring from farmers and delivering to HORECA channels. As a Leading HORECA Sales Manager, you will oversee managing the entire Business Pnl Handling for assigned territory, handling teams of KAMs, Distribution Partner Managers, Category, Procurement and Delivery ops managers driving Tonnage, Customer Acquisition and Retention, On time deliveries and fill rates, key growth initiatives and profitability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drive, handle & monitor Sales, Category, Procurement & Distribution for assigned territory
- Owning Volumes, Revenue & PnL of assigned territory
- Own Expansion and scale up strategy for HORECA channel
- New account/customer acquisition & competition benchmarking
- Continuous monitoring & improvement of Salesforce and ops efficiency
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve P&L for assigned Territory/Zone/Area
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA with 4-6 years relevant experience in Category/Sales & Distribution with mid-large size teams in FMCG Sector/Fresh business/early stage B2B start-ups with established field sales structure
- Proven track record in HORECA/MT Sales, Business development, Owning Volumes, Revenue & PnL of assigned territory
- Prior experience in handling 0 to 1 businesses is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English
