Key Responsibilities:


The successful Area Manager-Sales will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Main Accountabilities:



  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer buying centers and use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:



  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
