Job OverviewThis role involves working closely with sales leads to achieve sales targets in assigned regions.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a team of around 4-5 people and collaborate with sales leads to set targets for associates and achieve them.
- Scale existing processes and mentor and coach sales associates.
- Read and analyze data to optimize team performance and integrate learnings within the team.
- Ensure the team is up-to-date with relevant product knowledge and service offerings.
- Conduct ground-level research and collaborate with leads to develop strategies to maximize output.
- Plan marketing campaigns based on region requirements.
- Track and report KPIs and KRAs of the team on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Achieve team and individual targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with sales leads to improve supply and product features using practical knowledge.
- Work on new projects to solve seasonal issues and improve team skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of associate responsibilities to assist with hiring.
- Transform performance data into actionable strategies.
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 70% in academics.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Preferred industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service.
- Understanding of the UK market in terms of geography and demographics.
- Experience managing 4-5 team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Basics knowledge of MS Excel, sales pipeline, and CRM.
