About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant Manager to join our team in Pune. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Setting up meetings with potential clients to present proposals and address their concerns.
  3. Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
  4. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
  5. Managing sales strategy, execution, and results.
  6. Providing leadership and support to Sales managers.
  7. Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  8. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  9. Negotiating and closing deals, and handling complaints or objections.
  10. Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
  11. Tracking sales leads in Salesforce, and viewing key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
