Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales and Account Manager at GFL Recruitment Private Limited, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations
- Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory
- Reach or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed
- Time management and organizational skills
- Desire to continuously improve and learn
