Sales and Account Management OpportunityOverview:

As a Sales and Account Manager at GFL Recruitment Private Limited, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers. Your ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products or services will be essential in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  3. Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services
  4. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
  5. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  8. Participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations
  9. Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory
  10. Reach or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Desire to continuously improve and learn
