Job Title: National Account Manager - Enterprise Sales
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team at Vodafone Idea Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the revenues of selected accounts to attain market leadership in the large corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management: Achieve circle budgeted revenue target for all VBS products from allocated HQ accounts, enhance revenue by adding quality sales with high ARPU, manage & grow existing revenue generating farming accounts, and generate new revenue by adding new products and services in new and existing accounts.
- Business Development: Achieve new account opening target as per agreed hunting accounts for both Mobility and Atlas, generate monthly revenues and convert them into farming category, participate in all National programs & Initiatives, and guide & Assist local marketing team to do UnR in your accounts.
- Process Management: Build discipline of usage of SFDC as appropriate, maintain forecast accuracy to within 5% of committed revenue forecast for each quarter in SFDC, adhere to sales processes including Tariff Approvals, Bid management, OMT, A/c enlistment, and drive CXO level Engagement in nominated accounts.
Requirements:
- 2 – 6 years of experience in B2B Sales and account management, with a proven track record in meeting revenue and number targets.
- Experience of C & C-1 Level engagement.
- Essential: Graduation, Desired: full – time post-graduation in business management/MBA.
