About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead dealer relationships, expand market presence, and contribute to our mission to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute distribution strategies to drive market penetration for electric vehicles and lithium battery products.
  • Collaborate with local retail finance companies to establish favorable financial packages for partners and customers.
  • Manage cash flows, address operational issues, and provide continuous support to channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Train channel partners on product specifications, sales techniques, and technical aspects to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the bridge between channel partners and internal teams for marketing, production, and after-sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in channel sales, business development, or dealer management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Analytical abilities for market research and competitor evaluation.
  • Other: Willingness to travel for dealer visits and market expansion. Passion for renewable energy and electric vehicles.

Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
