Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business targets through our bancassurance channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking sector and experience in building relationships with key partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets and business objectives through the bancassurance channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive sales and enhance collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service to banking partners and clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Promote insurance products to banking partners and clients, providing detailed information and answering any questions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the bancassurance model and experience working with banking partners.
- Competitive salary: ₹20 lakhs per annum (approximate)
