Senior Channel Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Midmarket Sales Manager to join our team at Razorpay. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the midmarket segment, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. You should be familiar with the midmarket space and have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of businesses in this segment.
You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, manage channel partners, and drive adoption of our products and services. Your goal will be to increase revenue and expand our presence in the midmarket market.
About the Role:
- Lead the sales efforts in the midmarket segment, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage channel partners and drive adoption of our products and services.
- Work closely with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the midmarket segment.
About You:
- 8+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or Banking Industry.
- Strong knowledge of the midmarket space and its needs and pain points.
- Experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
