We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Channel Sales Development Manager to join our team at Arting Digital Private Limited. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in sales, preferably in channel sales or agency management.

As a Senior Channel Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new agency partners to expand our sales network. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel
  • Setting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partners and monitoring performance
  • Providing training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques
  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

You will work closely with our product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners, ensuring alignment and cooperation. You will also act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with partners and stakeholders effectively. You should also have the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights, as well as proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage relationships with agency partners.
