Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Agency Partnership Management: Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand our sales network, build strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel, set sales targets, and monitor performance.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques, equip agencies with necessary tools and resources.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness, identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at agency partners, assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners, act as primary point of contact for agencies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the agency channel, provide insights and feedback to management.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities, maintain accurate records of agency contracts and communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes, collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all agency activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, monitor and enforce compliance within the agency network.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in channel sales or agency management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with partners and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution to manage relationships with agency partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
