Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development
- Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the sales network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive sales growth
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel
- Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partners and monitor performance
- Training and Support
- Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques
- Equip agencies with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell products
- Performance Management
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agency partners
- Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at agency partners
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops to boost agency engagement
- Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners to ensure alignment and cooperation
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the agency channel
- Provide insights and feedback to management based on market conditions and agency performance
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities for management review
- Maintain accurate records of agency contracts, agreements, and communications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes
- Collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor and enforce compliance within the agency network

- Sales Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in channel sales or agency management
