Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the agency channel sales process, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the agency channel sales domain, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting agents, generating revenue for the organization, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They must have a strong understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in agency channel sales within the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide the agency sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and network effectively
  • Sound knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and customer preferences
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
  • Valid insurance licenses and certifications as required
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets through the agency channel
  • Manage and coordinate with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor agency sales agents to enhance their performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agency partners, and internal teams
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new insurance products and services
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
