Job Title: Agency Channel Sales

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a skilled Agency Channel Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth through our agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development: Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand our sales network, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel, set sales targets and KPIs for agency partners, and monitor performance.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques, and equip agencies with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our products.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agency partners.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at agency partners, and assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops to boost agency engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners to ensure alignment and cooperation, and act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the agency channel, and provide insights and feedback to management based on market conditions and agency performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities for management review, and maintain accurate records of agency contracts, agreements, and communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes, and collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, and monitor and enforce compliance within the agency network.
Requirements:
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in channel sales or agency management.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with partners and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Negotiation: Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution to manage relationships with agency partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
