Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed residential sales targets for the entire region and individual sales members reporting to AGM-Business Development.
- Cross-Functional Requirements: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate data reflection, interact with Ops Team for client information, and work closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights from the Sales/CP team, prepare recommendations for the company, and provide regular sales data reports to the Sales Head.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in networking and relationship management with clients.
- 5-7 years of experience including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in the solar sector or prior experience in the retail segment is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage and motivate sales managers and channel partners.
Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint is also required. An MBA and/or B-Tech degree is preferred. The successful candidate should be willing to travel and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
