We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Business Development Director to spearhead our dealer relationships, expand market presence, and contribute to the future of electric mobility in India.

About the Job

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive market penetration for electric vehicles and lithium battery products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealer Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Distribution Strategies: Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to drive market growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with local retail finance companies to establish favorable financial packages for partners and customers.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flows, address operational issues, and provide continuous support to channel partners.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Train channel partners on product specifications, sales techniques, and technical aspects to ensure superior customer service.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between channel partners and internal teams for marketing, production, and after-sales operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in channel sales, business development, or dealer management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Analytical abilities for market research and competitor evaluation.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for dealer visits and market expansion.
