Senior Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and converting them into orders.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME segment.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations about owning solar systems, how they will work technically with the rest of their setup.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales from any industry vertical will be considered.
- Prior solar experience is a plus.
- Experience in building a channel sales network is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills with clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of 08-09 LPA + incentives.
- The location for this role is Hyderabad.
