Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Present and demonstrate the unique value propositions of our services to potential clients. - Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for additional services. - Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine our offerings and sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive analysis to the management team. - Collaboration and Negotiation:
• Work closely with our engineering and TA teams to align our services with market needs.
• Participate in internal discussions to provide insights on client requirements and market demands.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (EE/CS). - Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in business development for embedded, applications, and DTS development/testing services.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
