Senior Sales Manager Opportunity at ATAI

We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. As a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

The salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  3. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a balance between securing deals and maintaining profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Monitor and report on sales metrics and team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
