IT Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring IT staffing requirements from Captives and Indian enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with HR heads, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers and possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads from Captives, Indian enterprises, and other relevant sectors. Develop outreach strategies to engage HR, procurement, and senior management.
- Business Development: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead identification to contract closure. Present tailored IT staffing solutions to meet client needs. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations. Act as the primary contact for client escalations and high-level discussions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT staffing in India, APAC, GCC, UAE, or KSA. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
