The Role: Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Manager to lead our sales funnel and drive sales closure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets on projects month-on-month through a team of 6-10 designers.

  • Manage the sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Target and achieve 12-15 projects per month by ensuring new project bookings.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management.
  • Train designers to ensure sales enablement and help them achieve their targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's qualification, preferably B-Arch, or equivalent with relevant industry exposure.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C business development and growth.
  • Managerial experience of at least 12 months leading a team.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹3,500,000 - ₹4,500,000 based on industry standards and location.
