About the Role:
As a Business Growth Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets through a team of 6 to 10 designers. You must have experience in interiors and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
• Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects per month by ensuring new project bookings.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Train designers to ensure sales success and enable them to achieve their targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch) or relevant industry exposure.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in B2C business development and growth.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience leading a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum based on location and performance.
