About the Role

">

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive our company's growth by managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound sales activities, and converting potential clients into happy customers. You will work closely with the business development team to expand Snapbot's reach in the market and secure exciting partnerships with event organizers, corporate clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify potential leads, qualify inbound inquiries, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and provide information about Snapbot's services.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual demos and presentations to showcase Snapbot's unique photobooth experiences and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals in a timely manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide insights for improving sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to Snapbot's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
