About the Role:
The Senior Sales Manager Position at ATAI is a critical role that requires a seasoned sales leader to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. As a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee product presentations and ensure alignment with client needs
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage sales pipelines and analyze performance
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and resources
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and team performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
