Territory Sales Manager

At Tata AIA Life Insurance, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow sales revenue in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank employees, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banca sales, with at least 2 years of experience in leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and procedures.
