Job Title: Assistant Manager - Agency Sales
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and building a team of business associates and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of business associates and advisors.
- Coordinate regulatory trainings and manage daily, weekly, and monthly choreography.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business associate meetings.
- Set income and goal targets for the month.
- Jointly work with business associates and advisors to source insurance policies.
- Drive business submissions and issuances.
- Clear pending cases for documentation and medicals.
- Train distributors on achieving higher first-time right submission percentages.
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets.
- Motivate advisors and business associates for contests and sales enablers.
- Provide daily updates on business status and contest applicability.
- Maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, including customers and distributors.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection.
Requirements:
- Business acumen, with a fair understanding of the insurance industry, regulations, and the agency business model.
- Ability to identify, recruit, and nurture business associates and advisors.
- Drive for results and agility, with a focus on achieving goals and targets.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Drive for results, communication skills, creative thinking skills, teamwork skills, influencing skills, and relationship-building skills.
