Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the territory
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales execution
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide coaching and feedback to Relationship Managers to improve their performance
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in banca sales, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of retail sales in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Leadership and management skills to motivate and coach a team
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
