Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Represent the Company in selling products or services within the assigned territory.
- Reach out to potential leads through cold calling, engaging approximately 60-75 leads daily.
- Generate trial classes by pitching to parents and encouraging them to take part in trial sessions.
- Coordinate with our tutors to conduct demo sessions and strategically close sales.
- Devise effective strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets.
- Report to the direct supervisor or manager on customer-related matters.
- Motivate team members and foster teamwork towards common objectives.
- Maintain and improve positive business relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, empathetic communicator with a pleasant personality.
- Results-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Structured, process-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
**Academic Qualification**: Any Graduation/Post Graduation
**Salary**: ₹15,000-30,000 per month
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
