Pharmacy Sales Assistant

**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings and increasing market share.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management processes and minimize stockouts.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**: Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Promote a customer-centric culture and ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards governing the operation of a retail pharmacy. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop action plans to address them.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and community outreach events to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring that quality and service standards are maintained.
