**Role Overview**:As a Sales Associate for Solar Power Projects, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for our solar power solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting them with customized solar solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their energy requirements and propose suitable solar power solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and cost savings of our solar projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to create detailed proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, solar technologies, and government incentives to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the client network and enhance the brand's presence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in solar power project sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, renewable energy policies, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales processes effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to drive results.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,569.03 - ₹35,229.81 per month
