**Job Description: Chief Sales Officer - Solar Power Projects** **Experience Required: 5-10 years**

As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive our sales strategy forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting individual and team goals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and key customer segments to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the development of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to showcase our solar solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Evaluate and optimize the sales process, implementing best practices and sales tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Present regular sales reports and updates to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to raise brand awareness and expand the client network.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of 5-10 years of successful sales leadership in the solar power industry.
- In-depth knowledge of solar technologies, renewable energy policies, and market trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to drive informed decisions and improve sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
