Dms Operator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Functioned as trainer of DMS.
- Effectively handling Dealer management system (DMS).
- Experienced in providing training for all our channel partners/end users.
- Post training support for all our channel partners/dealers at pan India level.
- Taking care of DMS training for Pre-Sales, Sales, Spares, Service, Warranty and CRM modules, new dealers/existing dealers.
- Tracking issues especially which are repeated and finding final solutions.
- Scheduling training for all users, every quarter to review and further upgrade them on the changed process.
- Daily incident management and adhere to the timelines/resolution of the incident

**MIS Reports**:

- Preparing and presenting DMS dashboard in monthly review meeting.
- Preparing Training Schedule
- Preparing Pre Sales, Sales, Spare, Service, Warranty and CRM - call analysis report.

**Additional knowledge preferable**:

- Know about Dealership Management System / CRM Tools
- Ms-Office Tools Like Outlook / MS-Word / MS-Excel / Power Point
- Minimum 1-3 years worked as DMS Support Executive in Any OEM especially 04 Wheeler OEM
