We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of CEO Assistant. This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. As the CEO Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, managing communication channels, and assisting with various projects as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO as required.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist in coordinating and managing various projects as assigned by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and report generation.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage the CEO's social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
