Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with employers in the construction sector.
- Onboard potential customers and understand client requirements.
- Offer customized recruitment solutions and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract new clients.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Job Buildo.
- Provide feedback to the development team for platform improvements based on client inputs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any segment.
- At least 12 years of experience in corporate relations or sales, preferably in the recruitment placement or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willing to travel is preferred.
