Business Development Manager for Corporate Sales

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in the corporate segment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- • Develop in-depth knowledge of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. Forex products through successful completion of required sales training program.
- • Onboard and partner with small, mid, and large corporates on FX Currency & Card Sales.
- • Create and execute a detailed territory corporate sales plan that meets sales turnover and adds value to Forex Revenue.
- • Optimize business development plans by closely associating with Product Managers (Travel Card & Currency) and Sales Managers to maximize time in the field through development and nurturing of potential leads.
- • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with clients and prospects, ensuring they receive their add-on product requirements as one point of contact for Corporate CXO.
- • Look for opportunities to conduct workplace activities at corporate offices to enable Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. product availability to corporate employees at their doorstep.
- • Coordinate with Retail teams and AD Branches to ensure timely delivery of Forex products and other fee, retail lending, and wealth products.
- • Attend conferences and professional association/trade body meetings and promote Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. Forex products and services.
- • Foster relationships with industry bodies and manage corporate accounts, aiming for significant revenue growth.
- • Develop strategies to penetrate the MICE market and expand corporate business.
