Corporate Training Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Training Sales Development Manager to join our team at Network Intelligence.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for corporate training programs to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. As a Corporate Training Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and following up on leads.
Key Responsibilities- Bid management: Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and sectors, targeting high-potential clients for corporate training programs.
- Sales pipeline development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and following up on leads.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Proposal creation: Create detailed sales proposals, RFPs, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets preferably in the cybersecurity training domain.
- The ability to understand client pain-points to position training solutions effectively.
- Experience in corporate training programs and LMS platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and frameworks, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition of cybersecurity training programs.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
