  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular training needs analyses across departments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with department heads and HR to define training objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Content Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources that are both engaging and relevant.
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct training sessions in both online and in-person formats, adapting delivery to suit various learning styles and objectives.
  • LMS Administration: Oversee and manage LMS data, including uploading and organizing content, tracking completion rates, and reporting metrics.
  • Online Session Hosting: Host and facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars, ensuring seamless delivery and technical quality.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have 6-8 years of experience in L&D or a similar role, with hands-on experience in training facilitation and content creation. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
