Key Responsibilities:- Generating qualified leads through different channels and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
- Giving quick responses to client queries and questions.
- Building trust and deep relationships with clients.
- Maintaining awareness of the constantly changing industry landscape and products.
- Ensuring strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business with customers.
- Meeting sales targets with help from team members.
- Managing workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
- Acquiring corporate clients and meeting sales targets.
- Client relationship management, client servicing, and account management.
- Understanding client requirements, presenting customized solutions, and quotations.
- End-to-end coordination of orders with the Operations department and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in sales and marketing.
- 3 years prior corporate sales experience and B2B sales and management experience.
- Edtech industry experience is mandatory.

Must-Have Skills:- Experience in selling training or courses to companies (B2B).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales agents who have sold training programs to corporates and companies for staff development.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8.5 Lakhs per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
