Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the diesel genset industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends.
  5. Pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum
