Business Development Manager for Corporate Growth

At MJ, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our corporate growth initiatives. This full-time on-site role is based in Bengaluru, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate sales, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier corporations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Corporate Sales, Credit card sales, Insurance sales, Loan sales, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills required
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Account management and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
