Client Success Manager

This is a Hybrid Work position with Smart Working, a UK-based Software Talent Provider company.
The role offers real opportunities to learn and develop in the fast-paced IT staffing and recruitment industry.
We are seeking a dynamic client & staff focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with colleagues to gather feedback and help with day-to-day needs.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of hired candidates into their organization.
- Track and report key performance metrics as per client requirement.
- Suggest improvements & ideas to improve churn rate based on analytics and best practices.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to offer additional services or solutions.
- Monitor client health to identify and mitigate risks of disengagement.
- Build strategies to grow client accounts along with sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support issues, and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing (preferably in IT staffing/recruitment).
- Knowledge of client management and CRM tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving high client satisfaction & maintaining churn rate.
